10. Availability of products - Delivery time

The AIRE CUBE company undertakes to send the ordered goods to the Post Office within 48 working hours. As an indication, La Poste indicates a delivery and delivery time for the letter followed by d+2 for destinations in Metropolitan France. For other destinations, a delay of D+4 to D+15 is to be taken into account. The Buyer will then have the choice to cancel his order and obtain a refund of the sums paid within thirty (30) days at the latest of the day of cancellation, or the exchange of the product, under the conditions provided below. . In the event of unavailability within the times indicated, We reserve the right to offer You a replacement item of equivalent quality and price. In the event that We cannot provide You with an article of equivalent quality and price or if You do not wish this article of equivalent quality and price, You may cancel your
order.
In the event of permanent unavailability, and if We cannot provide You with an article of equivalent quality and price, Your order will be canceled automatically.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments to the buyer.
We remind you that your payment card is only debited when your order is dispatched. Therefore, in the event that an item is not available and no replacement item can be delivered to You, your payment card will not be charged.

Delay or loss of mail

11. Place of delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form.

12. Delivery problems due to the carrier

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged mail, damaged products, etc.) must be indicated to the AIRE CUBE company upon receipt of the mail. Photos of the observation of the damage may be requested from the Buyer.

13. Return of products and reimbursement

You have 14 days (from receipt of the articles) to form an opinion.
In accordance with articles L.120-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen  (14) clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The period of fourteen days runs from the date of receipt of the articles. The date of dispatch indicated by the Post office will prevail.
If you return an article within 14 clear days after the date on which it was delivered to you, without this resulting from an error on our part, only the amount of the price of the article will be refunded.
Indeed the initial shipping costs for countries outside Metropolitan France Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, St Pierre and Miquelon, St Barthélémy, St-Martin, Mayotte and Monaco and any other ancillary services (example: gift wrapping costs ) will not be refunded.
If you had benefited from a reduction in shipping costs and the refund results in a reduction of your overall basket below this amount, the shipping costs will be re-invoiced to you.

A deadline calculated in clear days does not take into account the day of the decision at the origin of the deadline. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is postponed by one day.

The right of withdrawal also applies if the product is on sale, second-hand or destocked.

You only have to pay the direct costs of the return. The exchange order or the new order using a credit will be completely free for you.

Exchange.

If for one reason or another you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can return it to us under the conditions specified below, within fourteen (14) days. The AIRE CUBE company will bear the shipping costs for the reshipment of the new article. Returning the item by post remains your responsibility.
You can exchange the item or receive a credit for the amount of your purchases which also includes the postage paid. When you use your credit (12 month period) you will not have to repay the shipping costs because we consider this as an exchange.
Upon receipt of the item to be exchanged and verification that the product is intact (new and in its original packaging), the AIRE CUBE company agrees with the Buyer to send another product.
In case of immediate availability of the product, the exchange will take approximately one week from the day of sending your exchange request.
